How much does it cost?
Costs depend on the type of support you need. We offer once-off setups, ongoing admin help, and custom bundles, all priced clearly and transparently. No lock-in contracts. You’ll only pay for the services that actually support your practice.
How will we communicate?
However it works best for you. Most clients choose email, phone, or Zoom for regular check-ins and task management. We’ll agree on a communication style and schedule that suits your preferences and workload.
How does practice management system setup work?
We’ll start with a short consult to understand your workflow and preferences. Then we’ll set up your account (Halaxy, Cliniko, Splose, etc.), brand your templates, add automations, and get everything running smoothly with training or walkthroughs if you need them.
Can I get support for just one task?
Absolutely. Whether you need a one-off job (like a referral flyer or invoice template) or full practice support, we’ll scope it out and price accordingly.
Can you help with my online course or group program?
Yes! If you’re building a course, membership, or coaching product, we can help design, structure, and launch it, including content design, setup in Kajabi/Teachable/Thinkific, and branded resources.
